Step 2: Lean forward to displace weight over the front wheel
Step 3: Your strong foot needs to be at the back pedal, when the pedals are parallel with the ground
Step 4: Apply a lot of pressure on your back foot

1.pop the front wheel
2. lean back to hold the front wheel up
3.spin those bars!
4.look to catch the bars to retrun
